Electrostatic powder coating system machine/equipm

HJP-2089 internal powder coating syetem include high-voltage eletrostatic generator, feed hopper,manual spraygun,air compressed system. First ,check whether the power supply accord with input power requirements of the machine 2. The machine must equiped special-purpose grounding wire 3. Before working, all the power switches, air-inlet knob should stay in a nonworking state 4. Plug in spraygun control cord 5. Connect the powder hose of spraygun with powder pump of hopper , check for powder atomization trachea and trachea, clean pipe location is correct 6. Turn on the powder supply tube and air tube ,open the "power switch", make the spraygun nozzle towards powder coating booth,rotate the “High pressure adjuster” clockwisely. The High-pressured indicating lamp will be bright and gradually turn heavy. Adjust the voltage to the position which you need(usually from about 60-80kv), then adjust the pressure for providing powder coating to 0.3 0.4mpa. According to the condition of the output powder coating, regulate the atomized regulating valve and cleaner regulating valve. Caution:
